If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hartwellco.store. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed.

Yes, all prices on our website include VAT for UK customers.

Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available at checkout. See our Delivery page for full details.

We currently deliver within the UK only. We're working on expanding our delivery options—sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns page for full details.

Contact us at support@hartwellco.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a returns form and instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

We carefully select every item in our collection for quality and craftsmanship. We stand behind our products—if you're not satisfied, our returns policy has you covered.

We do our best to accurately represent colours, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. If you're uncertain about a colour, please contact us.
