Making returns simple and fair
Our Promise
We want you to be genuinely pleased with your Hartwell & Co purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You'll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase
How to Return
- Contact us at support@hartwellco.store with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a returns form and instructions
- Pack items securely in their original packaging if possible
- Post your return using a tracked service (we recommend keeping proof of postage)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original delivery charges are only refunded if the return is due to our error
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll hold the new item for you while your return is in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalised or custom items
- Items marked as final sale
